Another response to the “Christmas Terror Plot” that draws on Rene Magritte’s famous original painting “The Treachery of Images” that comments on the same conflation of sign, signifier, and signified as the original, with the added twist that refers to the baby face visage of the alleged terrorist as well as the image itself.
